ABOUT

Hey there - I'm Indira!
I help survivors remove the stigma around suicide by shifting the conversation from mental health to brain health.
A Little About Me
Suicide runs in my family like a twisted heirloom no one wants but keeps getting passed down.
I was just nine years old when my dad died by suicide. Long before I was born, he had already lost two siblings—my uncle and aunt—to suicide.
Then in 2015, it took my 23-year-old nephew. The grief from that loss was soul-crushing. It shattered me into pieces I still haven’t fully put back together. That kind of loss doesn’t go away—it just changes shape and settles in places you didn’t even know existed.
And here’s the part most people don’t know: I am not just a survivor of suicide loss – I’m also battling the same darkness that took so many of my family members.
I wake up every day and fight to stay alive, determined not to add my name to the tragic legacy of loss that’s plagued my family for far too long.
I’m writing my own story, and it’s one where I stick around.
The Stars Knew Before I Did
In October 2024, something shifted. During my Level 3 astrology class with Debra Silverman, she looked at my chart and said:
“As a Leo Sun conjunct Saturn Virgo in the 12th house, you are here to be of service by shining light on the shadows.”
Suddenly, everything clicked. My struggles and history with suicide? My relentless need to turn pain into purpose? None of it was random.
I wasn’t meant to keep my story locked away—I was meant to drag it into the light, shake the dust off, and make some serious noise. Especially about the things we’re told to keep quiet!
Now, I’m on a mission to Make Brain Health the new normal—one story at a time.

What I Do (Besides Being a Brain Health Advocate)
By day, I’m the CEO of Mindfully Virtual, where I work as a fractional Director of Operations & Marketing Operations, partnering with some of the biggest names in the digital space—including Academy Award winners, New York Times bestsellers, and #1 Apple podcasters.
I thrive at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution—which basically means I take brilliant, chaotic ideas and turn them into powerhouse businesses with scalable systems that actually work.
When I’m not running businesses or helping people level up their brain health, you’ll find me at home with my best friend and business partner—my wife. Together, we’re wrangling two teens and our rescue cat, Phoebe. Oh, and fun fact: All the humans in our house are Leo Suns! (You can imagine the drama, right?)
